At Toasted, our mission is simple: to bring people together around the timeless joy of a perfectly crafted s’more.

Toasted was founded by Nico and Russell in late 2024. With deep roots in Portland’s Food and Beverage scene, Nico made a name for himself by launching the wildly popular Nico’s Ice Cream, while Russell helmed one of Portland’s most iconic chocolate brands, Moonstruck Chocolate Company. Together, they’ve combined their expertise and love of innovative food experiences to create Toasted—a place where culinary creativity meets the comforting nostalgia of a campfire treat.

Inspired by the adventurous spirit of the Pacific Northwest, Toasted is more than just a dessert destination; it’s a celebration of flavor, community, and the simple joys of gathering around something truly special.
